CA Rashmikant Thakkar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is the Senior Partner and Founder of the Firm having experience of over 34 years in almost every area of Accounting, Auditing, Tax Planning and Tax Compliance, Corporate Law Advisory, Drafting of Legal Documents, Project Financing, Industrial Benefits (Subsidy, Backward area benefits).

He has presented papers at different seminars and conferences organized by Baroda Branch/other branches of Chartered Accountants and various management institutes on the different topics of Accounting and Auditing Standards, Taxation, Bank Audit, Company Law and Financial and Investment Planning.
